We feel that riding is much safer and enjoyable if the participants understand the basics of western horsemanship. The clinics are designed to help guests learn to properly control their horse and to understand how to behave around horses. The clinics provide the skills needed to comfortably enjoy riding.

Each rider will get a brief introduction during the horse orientation, but many of our guests have requested more extensive lessons to improve their riding abilities and confidence.
