Whether the cabins were built 85 years ago or much more recently, all are attractive, well-maintained and comfortable and include daily housekeeping service.
The lodgepole pine furnishings, patchwork quilts and featherbeds and western décor reflect the historical atmosphere of the Ranch, built in 1926.
Each cabin has a private bath, wood burning stove or fireplace and electric heat. The smaller cabins have one bedroom/living area and bath. The larger cabins have a separate living room and 2-3 bedrooms. Douglas Fir House is a large cabin with a living room and large loft and sleeps up to 10 people. Spectacular Ridgetop Lodge, located on a hill above the Ranch village, has 6 bedrooms, a Great Room, a Recreation Room, huge deck with hot tub and fabulous views from every angle – the perfect spot for large groups and family reunions! See the complete cabin descriptions here.
We try our best to match you up with a cabin that is just right, so please reserve early. After your stay, you always have the option to reserve the same cabin for the same time the following year. Many of our guests make reservations for the next year before they leave the Ranch. Some guests have returned for generations and both winter and summer seasons.
Perhaps the ultimate luxury these days is not having a television, or a cabin phone. Without these distractions, you can maximize your enjoyment of this very special vacation in the Montana Rockies. If you just can’t leave it all behind, we have internet access, fax machines in the Office and a guest computer in the B-K lounge.
